These are modified/added standalone stuff.
getfile.c - gets a disc sent down a serial line via. misc/putfile.c
getfile.s - primitive assembler version for first bootstrap
rdfmt.c - formats and bad scans an RD5X drive on the pro
boot.c - modified to add quiet flag
	NOTE: boot should have a.out header removed ie.
	(dd if=a.out of=boot bs=16 skip=1)
